In the kitchen:
A curated menu of 4-5 Japanese dishes, including shrimp and crab gyoza, a Japanese-style ceviche and namelaka with yuzu gel, served alongside our regular F&B offering.

Behind the bar:
A custom list of 3-4 cocktails, created exclusively for the night featuring clean citrus, tea notes and subtle smoky and herbal flavours.
