Ticketed Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a ticket for an event hosted at Okupa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Admission

Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Tickets may not be exchanged or transferred for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
Okupa reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.

2. Event Access & Timing

Please arrive on time. Late entry may be delayed depending on event flow and capacity.
Re-entry may not be permitted for certain events.
Capacity is limited and entry is subject to venue regulations and safety requirements.

3. Age Policy

Some events may be strictly 18+.
Valid ID may be requested upon entry.
Alcohol service is subject to local laws and venue discretion.

4. Photography & Content

By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place.
Content captured during the event may be used by Okupa for promotional, editorial and social media purposes.

5. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Okupa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

6. Health & Safety

Guests must follow all venue safety instructions.
Okupa reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or anyone compromising the safety and comfort of others.

7. Weather & Outdoor Events

Certain events may take place partially outdoors.
In case of weather-related changes, the venue reserves the right to adjust the setup, timing or format of the event.
