Sound Bath Sessions

An invitation to reset, for yourself or as a thoughtful offering to someone close.

These sessions are designed to help you unwind, quiet your thoughts, and return to centre. Led by Alex, they unfold through the rich, sustained tones of Tibetan bowls. Known for their layered overtones, the experience is designed to release tension and bring the nervous system into balance. Subtle notes of lavender oil are layered throughout, gently engaging the senses and deepening the overall experience.

Mats and blankets are provided. Wear relaxed clothing and feel free to bring an extra blanket for added comfort.
