Effie is a classically trained Pilates teacher whose teaching weaves precision with curiosity. Alongside her Pilates background, she’s trained in The Floss™, a fascia-focused practice that uses oppositional forces and active tension to make tissues supple, release restriction, and restore balance throughout the body. Her practice draws from various modalities, such as Katonah Yoga®, Feldenkrais, and Kundalini breathwork, blending structure and imagination into a practice that invites you to listen, sense, and re-pattern.
