A class that focuses on the uniqueness of each body’s movement. Through improvisation and technical exercises such as footwork, weight shifts, and jumps, it develops a personal movement vocabulary, freedom of expression, and new ways of using the body.

 

Barre à Terre
A floor-based series combining classical dance techniques with Pilates. It strengthens the body,
improves posture, and increases flexibility through ballet-inspired exercises.
