Contemporary Dance Class
The philosophy of the class centers around the uniqueness of each individual and the different ways every body moves. Each participant will work independently, aiming to become more aware of how their body functions. Through improvisation and movement exercises, we will focus on both technical tools—such as the use of the feet, weight shifts, suspensions, and jumps—as well as the exploration of different movement qualities and dynamics, freeing our motion. The ultimate goal of the class is to shape our personal movement vocabulary and develop the ability to propose alternative ways of using the body as a core tool for generating movement.

 

Barre à Terre
A floor-based series combining classical dance techniques with Pilates. It strengthens the body, improves posture, and increases flexibility through ballet-inspired exercises.
