Inspired by the elemental traditions of the Mayan calendar, each class explores a different set of sequences gradually building from simple patterns into expansive movement, creating space for strength, expression, and presence. Restorative Yin
A restorative practice that combines the long-held postures of Yin Yoga with gentle, continuous movement. Rooted in Taoist principles and supported by props, this the practice works with the body’s meridian pathways, helping to regulate the nervous system, improve sleep, and soften tension held within connective tissue. Slow, nourishing, and deeply calming.
